Kitchens, bathrooms and floors - tiles laid straight, cut cleanly, grouted and sealed so they stay looking right.

Tiling shows every shortcut, which is why it rewards patience: surfaces made properly flat first, setting out planned so cuts land where you will not see them, and sealing done right so water stays where it belongs. Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone are all fine.

Common questions

Do you remove the old tiles?

Yes - old tiles off, walls made good, and the surface prepared properly before a single new tile goes on. Tiling over old tiles is occasionally sensible; Dave will tell you honestly which situation yours is.

Do I supply the tiles?

Usually, yes - choose the tiles you love and Dave lays them. He will tell you how many to order, including the spares worth keeping in the loft.
